1. Booking & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A 4-night minimum stay is required. Full payment is due at the time of booking and confirms your reservation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for your protection.

3. Property Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside the villa or casitas.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval only.
• Events such as weddings or retreats must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.
• Guests agree to follow all house rules provided prior to check-in.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early or late check-outs may be available upon request.

5. Liability

Casa Alvarado and its owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests assume all risks related to use of the property, pool, beach, or equipment.

6. Force Majeure

Casa Alvarado shall not be held liable for events outside of our control, including weather, government travel bans, natural disasters, or pandemics.
