If you’re looking for a beautiful villa in a five-star location, if you want a secluded getaway where you can wake to a glorious sunrise, relax on a beach that’s virtually your own and count shooting stars at the end of another perfect day, this is just the spot.
Casa Alvarado is nestled in a cove on the Sea of Cortez in the small resort community of Punta Pescadero, a 30-minute drive from Los Barriles.
The main house sleeps up to 12 people in four spacious bedrooms: two on the entry level and two down below with private entrances. On each level, one bedroom has a king bed and bath; the other has two double beds and bath.
Casa Alvarado also has two stand-alone casitas. Each one has a bath and four double beds, two on the entry level and two in the loft. This added accommodation makes this property ideal for a quiet getaway, reunions, corporate retreats or special family occasions.
From the main house, walk out to the patio for a million-dollar view. Descend 20 steps to reach the pool, chaise lounges, ping-pong table and outdoor eating area. Descend 30 more and your toes are in the sand., with paddle boards and kayaks provided!!
You’ll find everything you need in the well-appointed kitchen which has a large island with bar stool seating. And the indoor communal area feels even bigger thanks to our year-round outdoor living space. Being on the cove means that Casa Alvarado is protected from the north winds. So even in winter, it’s warm enough to sunbathe by the pool, read a book on the patio, swim in the ocean or enjoy margaritas at sunset.
Other activities include: snorkeling, shelling, scuba, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. A three-minute walk to Punta Pescadero Paradise Hotel adds horseshoes, tennis, basketball, a bar with wide-screen TV and restaurant meals.
Finally, to make your vacation even more enjoyable, we offer daily housekeeping(as requested and separate charge beyond normal cleaning) and property management Caretaker greets you and is available for anything you need during your stay. . Upon booking, we will provide you wonderful sources for transportation, fishing excursions with pick up at the casa, day trips to Bay of Dreams by boat, cooking classes, catering, shopping, an authentic Mexican fiesta or ATV's and side by sides delivered to the casa as requested and massages by the pool are delightful!! The property manager is always available and checks in daily with our guests.
